Parimatch Tech complete's deal to buy mr.fish and PokerMatch

Parimatch  confirmed purchase of  Mr.fish and Ukraine facing Online Poker Room operator PokerMatch. 

The financial terms have not been published. Parimatch Tech said that the acquisitions will provide the platform to expand its entertainment and marketing product portfolio while helping both Mr.Fish and PokerMatch to grow globally. 

The chief executive officer of mr.fish noted that the company has been cooperating with Parimatch for many years, and "the merger was a logical step."

At the same time, pokerMatch was described by the company as a "value-added product" that will expand Parimatch Tech's entertainment offerings to end users.
