Russian bookmaker 1xBet lost its license to operate in Ukraine, which it received after the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia - in April this year.

The Russian-based betting company 1xbet has lost its license in Ukraine. This is stated in the Telegram channel of the project InformNapalm.

The message says that now the Russians will not be able to collect personal data of Ukrainians who are at risk of recruitment due to gambling addiction.

We shall remind you that at the beginning of April, the Russian-based bookmaker 1xBet received a license from the KRAIL to operate in Ukraine.

After that, a petition was launched on the website of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy demanding to ban the Russian-based bookmaker 1xBet from operating in Ukraine and collected more than 25,000 signatures in a week.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky responded to a petition to ban the operation of 1xBet, a gambling operator founded by Russians.

The President instructed Prime Minister Denis Shmygal to work on the issue together with law enforcement agencies.

However, then the Gambling Regulatory Commission found no grounds to revoke the license of Your Betting Company LLC to operate the bookmaker 1xBet.
